摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定复方樟脑醑中樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚的含量的方法。方法采用KB-WAX型毛细管柱(30.00 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm);载气为氮气,流速:3.0 ml/min;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)程序升温,初始温度为130℃,保持10 min,以5℃/min的速率升温至230℃,保持5 min;进样口温度:200℃;检测器温度:250℃,外标法测定。结果樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚能很好分离。樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚的线性范围分别为0.2029~1.6232 mg/ml(r=0.9993,n=9),0.1964~1.5712 mg/ml(r=0.9995,n=9),0.2074~1.6592 mg/ml(r=0.9999,n=9),平均回收率分别为99.43%(RSD=0.85%)、101.85%(RSD=0.84%)、101.45%(RSD=0.53%)。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于复方樟脑醑中樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of camphor,menthol and phenol in compound spiritus camphorae by gas chromatography.Methods The capillary column in KB-WAX type (30.00m×0.32mm×0.25μm) was used.Nitrogen was selected as the carrier gas with a flow rate of 3.0 ml/min.The programmed-temperature conditions by flame ionization detector (FID) were to start at the initial temperature of 130% and keep for 10 min;to rise the temperature to 230℃ at 5℃/min and keep for 5 min.The inlet temperature was 200℃ and the temperature of detector was 250℃. It was determined by the external standard method.Results Camphor,menthol,phenol could be easily separated.The linearity ranges of camphor, menthol,and phenol were 0.2029-1.6232 mg/ml(r=0.9993,n=9),0.1964-1.5712 mg/ml(r=0.9995,n=9),and 0.2 074-1.6 592 mg/ml respectively.The average recoveries were 99.43%(RSD=0.85%),101.85%(RSD=0.84%) and 101.45% (RSD=0.53%) respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and easy to perform,high in sensitivity and good in reproducibility,which can be used for the content determination of camphor, menthol and phenol in compound spiritus camphorae.
