摘要
研制出一种新型铜合金化学去毛刺剂。先通过单因素试验确定各成分的最佳质量分数,再通过正交试验确定最佳配方,最后对化学去毛刺剂的各项性能进行测试。结果表明:该化学去毛刺剂的毛刺去除率、腐蚀率、稳定性等各项性能均能达标。
A new chemical deburring agent for copper alloy was developed. The optimum mass fraction of each component was determined through single factor experiment, and the optimum proportion was determined through orthogonal experiment. Moreover, all the performances of chemical deburring agent were tested. Results showed that, the main performances of the developed chemical deburring agent, like burr removal rate, corrosion rate and stability, meet the standard.
