摘要
药食同源桑叶中含有黄酮类化合物、生物碱类化合物、多糖类化合物、甾醇类化合物、多酚类化合物、挥发油、氨基酸、维生素等,具有降血糖、降血脂、降血压、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒和增强机体免疫力等功效。芸香苷(芦丁)是有效成分。生物活性成分1-脱氧野尻霉素、γ-氨基丁酸等的提取、分离和结构修饰有待进一步研究。
Leaves of Morus alba L. of drug homologous food contain flavonoids, alkaloids, polysaccharides, sterols, polyphenols, volatile oil, amino acids, vitamins, have hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, hypotensive, antioxidant, antitumor, antivirus, enhancing immunity and other medicinal efficacy. Rutin is effective component. Extraction, separation and structural modification ofbioactive components of I-deoxynojirimycin, gamma aminobutyric acid need further study.
