固相萃取法作为一种常见的样品预处理技术,在药物分析中有着广泛应用。本文综述了国内外关于固相萃取法在生物检材中巴比妥类药物检验中的相关文献报道,重点讨论了吸附剂、萃取溶剂、p H值等条件以及相关检测技术对萃取效果的影响。
Solid phase extraction has been researched widely in pharmaceutical analysis as a normal sample pretreatment technology. This paper summarize related researches about the applications of solid phase extraction in detection of barbiturates in biological samples both domestic and abroad, and pay focus attention on the influences of sorbents, extraction solvents, pH values and detection technologies on extraction effect,
