摘要
本文采用氢化物原子荧光法,使用LC-AFS 9560液相色谱-双道原子荧光光度计,对水中砷含量进行测定。实验中选择了最佳的分析条件,对仪器线性范围、检出限及精密度等进行考察,结果表明线性相关系数R=0.9998,检出限为0.018μg/L,精密度相对标准偏差RSD=1.248%,样品加标回收率为99.0%,平行样相对标准偏差为1.4%,实验表明本方法对测定水中砷含量具有较好的准确度。
This paper established a method for determination of arsenic in water by hydride generator atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The experimental conditions and the instrumental parameters were optimized.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998. determination limit for As was 0.018 μg/L. The average recovery of the method for As was 99.0 % and the relative standard deviation was 1.248 %.This method is featured by easy operation and higher precision,accuracy and snsitivity for determination of As in water.
