摘要 随着石油勘探深度的增加,为了提高钻井速度,缩短钻井周期,对激光破岩技术进行了研究。采用控制变量法,进行了激光功率和照射时长对激光破岩效率影响的研究。研究结果表明,随着激光功率的增大,钻孔深度先缓慢增大,后迅速增大;随着激光功率的增大,钻孔直径会增大;随照射时长的增加,钻孔深度先增大,后趋于平缓;随照射时长的增加,钻孔直径增大。激光功率和照射时长是影响激光破岩的重要参数,为了得到高钻速,需设计合理的激光参数,这对进一步了解和研究激光技术以及激光技术在石油钻井行业的应用具有重大意义。 With the increase of petroleum exploration depth,to increase the drilling speed,and shorten the period of drilling,the technol-ogy of rock fragmentation by laser was studied in this paper. By using variable-controlling approach,the influence of laser power and ir-radiation duration on laser cutting efficiency was studied. The results are as follows:with the increase of laser power,the drilling depth increases slowly,and then increases rapidly;with the increase of laser power,the diameter of drilling hole will increase;with the increase of irradiation time, the drilling depth increases first and then tends to be flat ; with the increase of irradiation time , the hole diameter in -creases. The conclusion is that the laser power and irradiation duration are important parameters affecting laser ablation,in order to ob-tain high penetration rate, reasonable design of laser parameters, which is of great significance for people to understand and study the ap-plication of laser technology and laser technology in petroleum drilling industry.
