有源滤波器在选煤厂供电系统谐波治理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对选煤厂供电系统设计中谐波对电机等设备的影响,在研究了谐波危害以及诸多谐波治理方法的基础上,采用有缘滤波器抑制供电系统中的谐波分量,从而进一步提高供电系统供电质量。应用效果显示,使用有源滤波器后的系统运行稳定,谐波分量抑制在可接受范围内,大部分电流谐波被过滤掉,功率因数由0.92提高到0.97,能够为以后类似的工程项目提供借鉴,改善矿井及选煤厂电网条件差的现状。 In the process of designing the power supply system of the coal preparation plant, based on studying the hazard of harmonic and the ways of controlling harmonic,the influence of the harmonics on the motor and other equipment is considered. The harmonic com-ponent of the power supply system is suppressed by the destined filter,and the power supply quality of the power supply system is im-proved, most of electric harmonic is filtered,the power factor has increased to 0.97,and the harmonic component was restricted in the acceptable range. All this can give reference to similar projects,and can improve the status of bad power grid for mine and coal prepara-tion plant.
