摘要
合理的超市布局是增加客户满意度,提高超市竞争力的重要因素。针对超市布局规划问题,对传统的系统布置设计方法进行改进,以顾客流量为主要物流因素,细化非物流因素,将动线分析与反馈加入超市布局规划流程,分析绘制相关图表,提出超市布局规划方案,进行优选评价。以A超市布局规划为案例,验证改进型SLP方法的可行性与优越性。
Reasonable supermarket layout is an important factor to increase customer satisfaction and improve supermarket competitiveness. According to the layout planning of the supermarket,the traditional Systematic Layout Planning method is improved,customer flow is the main logistics factor,non-logistics factors are refined,flow analysis and feedback become a part of the supermarket layout planning process,related diagrams are drawn,supermarket layout plan is proposed and selected. Taking A supermarket layout planning as a case,the feasibility and superiority of the improved SLP method are verified.
