摘要
目的探讨微信公众平台在胰腺外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 50例胰腺手术患者分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施基于微信公众平台的护理管理模式,借助微信平台推送住院流程安排、术后注意事项、导管护理、饮食指导等内容。结果在术前停药、明确围术期就诊流程、出院带药使用及规律药物化疗指导方面,观察组护理管理效果优于对照组。结论微信公众平台可进一步提高胰腺外科护理管理质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of Wechat platform in nursing management for patients undergoing pancreas surgery. Methods A total of 50 patients undergoing pancreas surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing management during perioperative pe-riod, while the nursing management based on Wechat platform was carried out in the observation group. The nursing issues such as hospitalization flow, postoperative precautions, catheter care, dietary instruction were released by using Wechat platform. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a better management effect in preoperative drug discontinu-ance, perioperative treatment process, medication use after discharge and regular chemotherapy guidance. Conclusion WeChat public platform is an effective tool to improve the quality of peri-operative nursing management for patients with pancreatic surgery.
