摘要 针对目前分布式异构海量电能质量监测数据不能有效管理的问题,提出一种基于Web服务及Agent的管理系统。首先利用Web服务实现各分布式异构数据的管理,其次引入本体技术对Web服务进行语义拓展,使系统可以实现知识层面的智能查询,同时使各Web服务能被Agent调用,通过Web服务及Agent技术的结合实现对各系统子功能的封装;Agent利用自身主动性和感知外部环境的能力,分析需求、协调任务,形成Agent动态联盟完成各任务,从而实现对电能质量基本指标和事件数据自主管理和智能查询的目的。实例研究表明,系统有效地解决了电能质量监测中异构海量数据统一查询、管理问题,并具有高效、准确和智能性。 In view of the present problem of not being able to effectively manage massive distributed and heterogene- ous power quality monitoring data, it puts forward a management system based on Web services and Agent in this paper. It takes use of Web services to manage distributed and heterogeneous data. Then it introduces ontology technology for se- mantic development of Web services, which makes system realize the intelligent query of power quality index on the knowledge level, and makes each Web services be called by Agent. Thus it realizes the package of each sub-function of system through combination of Web Services and Agent technology. Agent takes advantage of its initiative and perception of the external environment to analyze requirements and coordinate tasks, which achieves the purpose of autonomous management and intelligent query of data of basic indicators and event of power quality. Case studies show that the sys- tem effectively solves the problem of unified queries management of heterogeneous massive data in the power quality mo- nitoring, and it's efficient, accurate and intelligent.
