隧道衬砌拱顶带模注浆新材料的相容性和结合性试验研究 被引量:15

摘要 针对隧道拱顶脱空问题,采用传统的水泥浆作为回填注浆材料,带来与衬砌混凝土之间因收缩变形、相容性和结合性不足,导致隧道拱顶仍出现脱空、开裂等质量缺陷,项目实验室研发出一种隧道拱顶微膨胀砂浆回填注浆材料,在此基础上系统研究了回填注浆材料与衬砌混凝土之间的相容性和结合性能。结果表明:所研制的高流动性微膨胀充填砂浆与衬砌混凝土在施工性方面完全兼容;微膨胀砂浆和衬砌混凝土之间的结合体的抗压、抗折强度均高于混凝土的强度;微膨胀砂浆的抗裂性能优于混凝土,在衬砌厚度不足时,微膨胀砂浆与混凝土结合体能够替代衬砌混凝土,达到整体的结构性能且满足设计要求。 For the escapes spatial problems of tunnel vault,the use of traditional slurry as backfill grouting material still causes escapes spatial,cracking and other defects due to insufficiency in the compatibility,the shrinkage deformation and the binding force performance between lining concrete and filling materials. A kind of micro-expansion mortar filling material was first developed in laboratory,and then the compatibility and binding force performance between the backfill grouting materials and lining concrete were systematically studied. The results showed that the developed micro-expansion filling mortar with high liquidity and lining concrete were fully compatible in construction,the compressive and flexural strength of combination between micro-expansion mortar and lining concrete were higher than the strength of concrete and the crack resisting performance of micro-expansion mortar was better than that of concrete. When lacking of lining thickness,the combination between the micro-expansion mortar and filling concrete could replace the original concrete and meet the overall structure performance and the design requirements.
