氮素对不同烤烟品种化学品质及中性致香物质的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Nitrogen on Chemical Quality and Neutral Aroma Components in Different Flue-Cured Tobacco Varieties

摘要 2014年在南阳市内乡县赵店乡,以烤烟品种豫烟7号、豫烟10号、K326、云烟87为试验材料,研究了氮素对不同烤烟品种化学品质及中性致香物质的影响。结果表明:随氮用量的增加,烤烟烟碱、总氮、蛋白质含量增加,还原糖、总糖含量降低;糖碱比和氮碱比均呈逐渐降低的趋势。在一定范围内随氮用量的增加,各品种苯丙氨酸类致香物质含量均呈增加趋势;除豫烟7号外,其它3个品种棕色化反应产物总量均呈逐渐增加的趋势,叶绿素降解产物新植二烯及类胡萝卜素降解产物总量均呈先增加后降低趋势;氮素对类西柏烷类降解产物含量的影响在4个品种间表现不明显。因此,在本试验条件下豫烟7号施氮量为22.5 kg/hm^2、其他品种施氮量为37.5 kg/hm^2时较为适宜。在烤烟的栽培管理中,要根据品种特点进行合理的氮肥运筹,以达到提高南阳烟区烤烟品质的目的。 Taking 4 flue-cured tobacco varieties,Yuyan 7,Yuyan 10,K326,Yunyan 87,as the tested materials,the field experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen on the chemical quality and neutral aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaves in Neixiang County of Henan Province in 2014.The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen application rate,the contents of nicotine,total nitrogen and protein increased,the contents of reducing sugar and total sugar and the ratios of sugar to nicotine and nitrogen to nicotine decreased,and the contents of phenylalanine aroma components increased in the four flue-cured tobacco varieties.The contents of brown reaction products gradually increased,and the contents of chlorophyll degradation product neophytaliene and carotenoids degradation products increased first and then decreased in flue-cured tobacco varieties except Yuyan 7.The content of cembranenoid degradation products had no obvious rule.Therefore,under the experiment conditions,the optimum nitrogen application rate of Yuyan 7 was22.5 kg/hm^2,and that of the other tobacco varieties was 37.5 kg /hm^2.In the tobacco cultivation and man-agement,we should take different nitrogen application rates according to variety to improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco in Nanyang tobacco areas.
