摘要
松辽委水资源应急管理系统是松辽流域国家水资源监控能力建设项目的重要组成部分。实践是检验系统完善实用与否的重要依据。结合突发水污染事件应对工作的业务需求,按照突发水污染事件应对过程,从实际应用的角度剖析系统的功能优势和存在的主要问题。系统为松辽流域突发水污染事件的应对提供重要的技术支撑作用,但还有些问题需要进一步完善。
Songliao water resources commission emergency management system is an important part of the national water resources monitoring capacity-building projects in Songliao basin. Practice is to test the system and improve the usefulness of an important basis. According to the business requirement of water pollution incident response, this paper analyzes the functional advantages and the main problems of the system from the practical application. The system provides important technical support for the water pollution incident in the Songliao River Basin, but some problems need to be further improved.
