摘要
目的通过对全面输血质量管理前后基层医院临床用血现状的调查分析,加强临床合理用血管理的质控点,提高临床用血的合理性。方法陕西省镇巴县人民医院在2015年7月启动二级医院复审工作,开展输血全面质量管理,比较全面输血质量整改前、后1年的临床输血例次、用血量、红细胞用量和血浆使用量,分析基层医院在临床用血全面质量管理工作中的重点环节。结果临床合理用血全面质量整改后,各科室的月平均输血例次、月平均用血量、月平均红细胞用量和月平均血浆用量均显著低于改进前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血过程实施全面质量管理可提高输血治疗效果,可有效利用血液资源,减少不必要的输血治疗,是防止输血相关不良事件的重要手段。
Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical blood transfusion before and after comprehensive blood transfusion quality management, so as to strengthen the clinical management of blood quality control points, improve the rationality of clinical use of blood. Methods People＇s Hospital of Zhenba County started secondary hospital review work from July 2015, and carried out the comprehensive blood transfusion quality management. The blood transfusion, the volume of blood and red blood cells, the amount of blood plasma were compared before and after the comprehensive blood transfusion quality management, and the key links of the comprehensive blood transfusion quality management in primary hospital was analyzed. Results After the use of comprehensive blood transfusion quality management, the monthly mean blood transfusion, monthly mean blood volume, monthly mean red blood cell volume and monthly mean plasma volume after the rectification were all lower than those before the use of comprehensive blood transfusion quality management （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive blood transfusion quality management can improve the blood transfusion therapy and effective use of blood resources, reduce the unnecessary transfusions, and prevent the happen of transfusion related adverse events.
