摘要
目的:研究在手术室提供优质护理服务对于急诊手术患者生理、心理的影响。方法:选取我院内科2014年3月至2016年8月期间收治的90例急诊手术患者,根据在手术室选取的不同护理模式将所有患者随机分为常规组与观察组(n=45),分别采取常规护理及优质护理模式,观察两组患者干预前后血压、心率表现,总结患者治疗前后心率焦虑情绪状态。结果:两组患者术前心理状态、情绪表现、遵医行为及护患沟通等指标评分结果无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过护理干预后,观察组上述评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者术前,治疗前血压及心率指标对比结果无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组相关指标均较低,与常规组相比,结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:为急诊手术患者提供优质护理服务,可有效改善患者内心焦虑情绪,保持血压及心率维持较平稳状态。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing care in the patient’s physiological and psychological state during the emergency operation.Methods：Ninety patients of adopting the emergency operation from March 2014 to August 2016 in our Medical Department were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the different nursing modes,45 cases each group;the patients in conventional group were adopted the conventional nursing care;the patients in observation group were adopted the high quality nursing care.Before and after intervention,the blood pressure,heart rate and anxiety were observed.Results：Before intervention,the evaluation scores of psychological state,emotional performance,compliance and nurse-patient communication for two groups were not significantly different（P〉0.05）.After intervention,the above scores for observation group were higher than those of conventional group（P〈0.05）.Before intervention,the blood pressure and heart rate for two groups were not significantly different（P〉0.05）.After intervention,the related indexes for observation group were slightly lower than conventional group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：For emergency patients,the high quality nursing care can improve the patient’s anxiety and maintain the stable blood pressure and heart rate.
