摘要
动态负压射孔是斯伦贝谢公司提出的一种减小射孔损伤及提高油气产能的新方法。该工艺在国外进行了千余口井的现场应用,都取得了较好的生产效果。但国内对于动态负压射孔机理及主控因素认识欠缺,该技术也未在油田得到较好的推广运用。文章分析了动态负压射孔的作用机理,设计了动态负压射孔系统结构,并提出射孔孔密、负压枪长度、射孔弹数量是影响动态负压射孔效果的主控因素。基于新疆油田夏盐11井区储层特点,设计出相适应的动态负压射孔方案。由生产效果对比分析,动态负压射孔工艺在平均产液量及每米产液贡献率两方面均高于负压射孔及近平衡射孔,增产效果明显。
Dynamic underbalanced perforating is a new perforation method developed by Schlumberger to reduce perforation damage and improve oil and gas production,which has been applied in over 1000 wells outside China with good results.There has not been enough understanding of the mechanism and the major controlling factors of dynamic underbalanced perforating in China,so it is seldom used. In this article its working mechanism is analyzed,the structure of the dynamic underbalanced perforating system designed,and the main factors are specified as the hole density,the length of negative pressure gun,and the number of charges. Based on the characteristics of Well Block Xiayan 11 of Xinjiang oilfield,the corresponding dynamic underbalanced perforating program was designed and performed. Compared with the underbalanced pressure perforating and the near-balanced perforation,the average yield and the yield per meter was higher,the production enhancement was obvious.
