摘要
针对普通自驱式同步整流存在的电路复杂、效率不高、可靠性低等问题,讨论了一种使用NCP1252A和FAN6204设计的具有输出同步整流功能的双管正激电路,分析了电路原理,给出了设计步骤,并将该电路成功用于某型雷达接收机电源,验证了分析、设计的有效性。
As the common self-drive synchronous rectification circuit is complex, low efficiency and low reliability, a two-switch forward circuit with synchronous rectification and on the basis of NCP1252A and FAN6204 is discussed in this paPer, and the circuit theories and the design procedures are given. The circuit is applied to a radar receiver power supply successfully, which verifies the validity of the analysis and the design.
