人行道用新型高强度高储水混凝土的研究

摘要 以水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰、石灰、石膏为主要粉料,适当加入减水剂和纤维,用物理发泡法,制备高强度高储水混凝土。研究了在1000、1200、1300、1400 kg/m^3密度等级下,高强度高储水混凝土的浆体流动度、表观密度、强度、收缩率、吸水率、抗冻性之间的关系。结果表明,高强度高储水混凝土的抗压强度为14.2~33.0 MPa,48 h吸水率为16.2%~27.1%,抗冻性良好,可望成为一种海绵城市人行道用的材料。 With physical foaming method,cement, slag,fly ash,lime and gypsum powder as the main material,the high strength and high water storage concrete was prepared. The relationship between fluidity, apparent density, strength, shrinkage, water absorption and frost resistance of high strength and high water storage concrete under 1000 kg/m3, 1200 kg/m3, 1300 kg/m3 and 1400 kg/m3 density levels was studied. The results show that the compression strength of high strength and high water storage concrete is 14.2-33.0MPa, the water absorption of 48 h is 16.2%-27.1%,and the frost resistance is good. It is expected to become a kind of sponge city sidewalk material.
