摘要 女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(FPFD)对产后妇女及中老年女性健康和生活产生较大的影响。盆底超声是一种实时、安全、无创的检查方式,为FPFD的诊断与治疗提供参考依据。本文从结构和功能两方面评估盆底功能,介绍三维及实时三维超声在FPFD应用中的研究进展。 Female pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD) impacts on women's health and life for postpartum, middle-aged and old women. Pelvic ultrasound is a kind of real-time,safe,noninvasive examination,it provides reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of FPFD. In this paper,pelvic floor function is evaluated from the two aspects of structure and function,and the three-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound research progress in FPFD application is introduced.
