摘要
学术资源对于科研工作有着重要的"后勤保障"作用,信息技术的发展在对资源共享提供诸多便利的同时也提出了更高要求。本文在对国内主要非洲研究机构的专业资料收集和数据库建设情况进行统计的基础上详细论述了非洲研究特色库的建库原则、初步构想和条件保证。
Academic resources play a logistic role in academic studies,and the development of information technology raises higher demands for resource share when facilitating it.Based on a statistical analysis on the professional data collection by the major Chinese institutions for African studies,the author puts forward five principles for the database construction,five sub-databases to be first explored and two major supporting conditions during the course.
