摘要
[目的]为海藻精粉在叶菜上的应用提供参考依据。[方法]以盆栽小白菜为试验材料,研究"富思德"海藻精粉对小白菜生长及产量的影响。[结果]施用"富思德"海藻精粉叶喷和灌根处理的小白菜株高、叶绿素SPAD值、鲜重、干重均高于对照清水处理,海藻精粉叶喷可使小白菜株高增加8.26%~15.81%,叶绿素SPAD值增加13.57%~22.86%,鲜重和干重分别提高27.85%~36.60%和22.16%~37.50%。海藻精粉灌根处理的小白菜株高、叶绿素SPAD值、鲜重和干重分别比对照增加10.48%~17.28%、14.39%~25.76%、28.35%~33.29%、19.51%~34.15%。[结论]"富思德"海藻精粉对小白菜叶面喷施、灌根均表现出很好的应用效果。其中叶面喷施2 000倍和0.01 g/盆灌根处理的促进作用最明显。
[Objective] To provide some references for application of seaweed powder in vegetable.[Method]With potted pakchoi as the test material,effects of FIRSTT seaweed powder on the growth and yield of pakchoi were studied.[Result] Plant height,chlorophyll SPAD value,fresh weight and dry weight of potted pakchoi in foliar spraying and root irrigating treatments were significantly higher than those in control.Foliar spraying of seaweed powder enhanced the plant height by 8.26%-15.81%,chlorophyll SPAD value by 13.57%-22.86%,fresh weight by 27.85%-36.60% and dry weight by 22.16%-37.50% compared with the control.The plant height,chlorophyll SPAD value,fresh weight and dry weight of the pakchoi in root irrigating treatment enhanced by 10.48%-17.28%,14.39%-25.76%,28.35%-33.29% and 19.51%-34.15%,respectively compared with the control.[Conclusion] FIRSTT seaweed powder showed good application effects in potted pakchoi in both foliar spraying and root irrigating treatments.Among them,foliar spraying of seaweed powder diluted by 2000 times and root irrigating at 0.01 g/pot seaweed powder showed the most significant promotion effects.
