摘要
基于支架自适应控制策略,提出一种使用于液压支架的支架姿态自适应监控系统,并对在支架生产现场选定ZFY18000/28/53D支架上进行的实验予以分析。实验测取了30组数据并与人工实际测量值进行比较,虽然实验结果与人工测量有一定误差,但该系统整体思路比较先进,为指导支架姿态自控提供一种新的途径。
Based on the control strategy of adaptive support, this paper puts forward a kind of adaptive control system used to support the attitude of the hydraulic support, and the selected ZFY18000/28/53 D on the support bracket in experimental production site were analyzed. Experimental data of the 30 groups were measured and compared with the actual measured value of artificial, although the results have certain error and manual measurement. But the whole idea of the system is advanced, it provides a new way to guide the support posture control.
