摘要
目前的压力容器要求具备质量轻、耐蚀性好、可靠性高、制造周期短、承载能力强、结构效率高、气密性和力学性能优良等特点,应用于轻工、能源、医疗、交通和航空航天等领域。影响压力容器的使用寿命的主要因素有:内衬失效、内衬与缠绕层界面分离或破坏、纤维缠绕层失效。结合笔者自身的工作经验,对碳纤、玻纤全缠绕铝合金内衬的压力容器的设计及发展进行了阐述,论述了完善内衬和纤维缠绕层的设计,提出了可行的加工生产方案,分析了容易出现的问题。
At present, the pressure vessel needs to have the following characteristics : light quality, good corrosion resistance, high reliability, short manu- facturing cycle, strong carrying capacity and high structural efficiency, air tightness and excellent mechanical properties, etc, which is applied to the dif- ferent fields such as light industry, energy, medical, traffic and aerospace. The reason that can affect the service life of pressure vessel includes the failure of the lining, separation or destruction of the interface between the lining and the winding layer, failure of the fiber filament winding. The author summari- zes the design and development of the aluminum alloy lining pressure vessel through his own working experience, complete the design of the inner lining and the filament winding layer, present the feasibility process plan, reference discuss the problem that always appear.
