摘要
目的分析不同输血方法应用在自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者中的价值对比。方法从我院自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者中选取45例分3组,比较3组患者的治疗疗效。结果 3组患者在输血后,其红细胞、血红蛋白、血清胆红素、网织红细胞均有所改善,P<0.05。结论自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者在进行输血治疗时,联合应用三洗红细胞与血液进行置换输血治疗疗效更佳。
Objective To compare the value of different methods of blood transfusion in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Methods 45 cases of patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups. The curative effects of the treatment were compared between the three groups. Results In the three groups of patients after transfusion, the red blood cells, hemoglobin, serum bilirubin,reticulocyte were improved, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia, the combination of three red blood cells and blood transfusion is better.
