右美托咪定复合不同剂量舒芬太尼对脊柱手术患者术后镇痛的效果观察被引量：7

摘要目的探讨右美托咪定复合不同剂量舒芬太尼对脊柱手术患者术后镇痛的效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月在我院行择期脊柱手术的30例患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。2组患者均予以右美托咪定1.5μg/kg镇痛,对照组复合2μg/kg舒芬太尼镇痛;观察组复合1μg/kg舒芬太尼镇痛,比较2组患者的Ramsay镇静评分、VAS评分。结果观察组患者的Ramsay镇静评分为(5.18±0.36)分,明显高于对照组的(3.16±0.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的VAS评分为(2.21±0.31)分,明显低于对照组的(3.68±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合1μg/kg舒芬太尼用于脊柱手术患者术后镇痛效果确切,且能减少舒芬太尼的用量。
