摘要
功率双输入分扭传动系统的设计变量很多,通过传统的设计方法很难获得最优的设计结果。为了获得功率双输入分扭传动系统的最优设计方案,对该系统的优化设计进行了分析,建立了参数优化模型。以齿面接触疲劳强度、齿根弯曲强度和胶合强度以及几何、安装条件等为约束条件,以系统的质量、体积最小或等接触强度为目标函数进行了优化设计。求得系统的几何参数,为功率双输入分扭传动系统的工程设计提供参考。
There are a large number of design variables in the design of split torque transmission system with dual power input, so it is difficult to use traditional design methods to obtain the optimal design result. In order to obtain the optimal design of this system, this paper analyzes this system design and establishes its numerical model, with the tooth surface contact fatigue strength, tooth root bending strength and bonding strength, geometric and installation as constrained conditions and choosing the smallest size and weight or the equivalent contact strength as objective function, the optimal system is designed. And the optimized design of the system is analyzed. It gives a reference to the engineering design of the split torque transmission system with dual power input.
