摘要 电梯维保质量评价是一个评判结构复杂、多因素、模糊的非线性过程,并且各评价指标存在相互关联、相互制约的关系,对于此类问题采用层次分析法能够进行很好的解决。本文给出层次分析法基本思想和原理,以及应用层次分析法解决评价指标权重问题的基本步骤,具体的算法在MATLAB中实现。应用层次分析法对电梯维保质量的评价,能充分发挥相关特定领域专家的评判优势,并把专家评价的思维过程数学化、模型化,使之得到满意的评价模型。 The quality evaluation of elevator maintenance is a complex,many-factor-involving,fuzzy nonlinear process,and the relationship of each factor is of correlation and mutual restriction,for such problem using analytic hierarchy process( AHP) can be a good solution. This paper gives basic thought and principle of AHP,as well as the basic steps that use AHP to solve the problem of evaluation index weight and the specific algorithm is realized in MATLAB. AHP was used to evaluate the quality of elevator maintenance,which can give full play to the expert evaluations that in specific areas related,and can make the expert evaluations to mathematical,thinking process and model. The results show that using evaluation model to evaluate the quality of elevator maintenance is feasible.
