摘要
我国高速铁路网基本形成,动车组成为承担铁路客运任务的主力车型。目前,存在动车组车型较多、运用效率有待提高、检修地能力阶段紧张、长途列车出现过修或失修困境等问题。因此,如何提高动车组运用计划编制质量显得非常必要和紧迫。通过对动车组运用方式、备用方式、修程修制、运用计划编制、重联等问题的分析与对比,提出适时推行动车组非固定区段运用方式及在统筹考虑检修地能力、双修程等约束情况下,实现动车组运用、检修、检备等计划的一体化编制,并与列车运行图铺画相交互等建议。
China＇s high-speed railway network is basically formed, and EMU trains have become the main vehicle to undertake the task of railway passenger transport. Problems at present include too many EMU models, lack of utilization efficiency, insufficient capacity of maintenance bases during busy periods, and over- maintenance or lack of maintenance for long-distance trains. Therefore, improving the quality of EMU utilization plan is necessary and urgent. Based on analysis and comparison of EMU utilization mode, reservation mode, repair classification and system, preparation of utilization plan, coupled operation, etc., this paper puts forward the suggestion of introducing at the right time the way to utilize EMUs on different sections in a flexible way and, considering constraints like capacity at maintenance bases and paralleled repair classifications, integrating preparation of EMU utilization, maintenance and servicing plans with that of train working diagrams.
