摘要
为提升食品安全及品质,降低社会冷链物资流通成本,根据我国冷链物流发展的现状及趋势,分析铁路发展冷链物流具有的优势条件,提出加快构建冷链物流网络体系、推进"互联网+物流"战略、创新冷链物流经营管理模式、加强冷链物流标准体系建设、健全冷链运营组织及人才体系等铁路发展冷链物流的重要战略举措,充分发挥铁路在冷链物流运输中的骨干作用,促进铁路更好地为经济、社会发展提供服务。
In order to improve food safety and quality and reduce cost of social logistics, on the basis of current situation and tendency of Chinese clod chain logistics, the paper analyzes the advantages of railway cold chain logistics and proposes such important strategic initiatives as accelerating the construction of cold chain logistics network, boosting ＂internet plus logistics＂ strategy, creating operation and management mode of cold chain logistics, strengthening standard system construction for cold chain logistics and improving operation organization and talent system to fully exert the backbone role of railway in cold chain logistics and better serve economic and social development.
