摘要
对于智能化选煤厂来说,撕裂问题不仅会对选煤厂造成巨大的经济损失,同时也很容易引发严重的安全事故,为此本文就智能化选煤厂中防撕裂的应用展开了具体研究,这一研究对钢丝绳式检测装置、漏煤检测装置、X光透视检测器、激光防纵撕识别装置等四种防撕裂手段的工作原理、使用方式、使用部位进行了详细论述,希望能够以此为相关智能化选煤厂防撕裂手段的选择带来一定帮助。
For intelligentized coal preparation plant,the problem of avulsion not only make great economic cost but also can easily make serious security accident.To solve this problem,this thesis research on the application of avulsion prevention in intelligentized coal preparation plant,detailed discussion on the operating principle,usage mode and usage spot of wire rope detection device,coal leakage detection device,X-ray detector and laser longitudinal tearing prevention identification device these four kind of avulsion prevention measures,hope to bring some help to the relevant avulsion prevention measure in intelligentized coal preparation plant.
