摘要
目的:探讨PICC导管联合便携式化疗泵在胃肠道恶性肿瘤应用中的效果。方法:选取112例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据患者的意愿分为观察组(n=66)及对照组(n=46),观察组患者采用PICC导管联合便携式化疗泵对患者进行化疗,对照组患者采用静脉留置针及传统重力输液的方法进行持续化疗,对比两组化疗后的静脉炎和其他不良反应及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者静脉炎及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:便携式化疗泵在胃肠道肿瘤患者中有着良好的应用效果,能明显降低不良反应发生率,提高患者的满意度,提高患者生活质量。
Objective to study the PICC catheter combined chemotherapy pump in gastrointestinal malignant tumor application effect Selection.Method 112 cases of gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor patients were selected as research object,according to the will of the patients,they were divided into observation group（ n = 66） and control group（ n = 46）,the observation group were treated by joint portable pump chemotherapy for patients with PICC catheter,the control group were treated by venous indwelling needle and the traditional method of gravity infusion continuous chemotherapy,compared two groups after chemotherapy phlebitis and other adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction.Results The incidence of patients with phlebitis and adverse reactions in the observation group obviously lower than the control group,nursing satisfaction was superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion A portable chemotherapy pump in patients with gastrointestinal tumor has a good application effect,can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve patient satisfaction,improve patient quality of life.
