摘要
研究了原油远洋运输计划编制面临的问题,提出了实现全局优化的管理方法,并开发了一款用于原油远洋运输方案编制的优化软件,以动态聚类图的方式辅助业务人员完成运输方案的编制工作,有效减低人工劳动强度,提高计划编制的经济性与时效性。
In this paper, we studied the managerial method for the global optimization of crude oil ocean shipping schemes and then developed an optimization software specifically for the formulation of crude oil ocean shipping solutions which could reduce labor intensity and improve the economy and timeliness of the planning process.
