摘要
基于北极航线与传统航线各航段的适航特征和沿线港口间OD集装箱运输需求,建立一个集装箱路径的0-1整数规划模型,以所有集装箱运输总成本最小为目标,构建北半球的集装箱航运网络,确定北极航线开通后航运网络的变化及其集装箱OD量分配情况。结合各航道适航特征,针对特定船型,设定各航线的通行阻抗函数,并利用CPLEX进行求解,以中远集运的FAL1航线为例给出算例分析。通过计算结果可以看出,北极航线分担的流量在冬春季时占整个航线网络流量的2.35%,夏秋季时比例为30.25%,若北极航线全年通航的话,这个比例将上升到48.93%。
Based on the airworthiness characteristics of the arctic routes and the traditional routes as well as OD container transportation demand among the ports along the routes,a 0-1 integer programming model was formulated,whose target was to minimize the total transportation costs of all containers,to build a new container shipping network of the northern hemisphere,and thus to acknowledge the change of the shipping network and the distribution of its OD containers after the opening of the arctic route.Combined with the airworthiness characteristics of each channel,traffic impedance functions were set for various routes according to different ship types,and CPLEX was used to solve the model.A case study of COSCON FAL1 routes was carried out and analyzed.The results show that the flow of the arctic route accounts for 2.35% of the total flow of the whole network in winter and spring and 30.25% in summer and autumn;and the proportion will rise to 48.93% if the arctic route is available all the year.
