摘要 近年来,在役岸边集装箱起重机大车平衡梁腹板发生了系统性开裂的现象.通过对平衡梁结构的受力分析以及载荷情况测定发现,岸桥在实际工作中不仅受到其垂直载荷的作用,还受到较大的水平侧向力的作用.在现场测试研究结论的基础上,设计了缩尺的带有圆环形盖板式重磅的腹板结构试件及配套的试验台架,用该试验台架对腹板结构试件进行多轴疲劳试验.通过试验考察研究该结构在多轴载荷作用下的疲劳寿命和影响因素. In recent years, the systematic cracks occur on the web plates for cart balance beams of inservice quayside container cranes. By employing the loading analysis and determination, the quayside container crane is significantly enforced by both vertical and horizontal forces. Based on the on-site testing, the scaled ring-cover heavy web structure and test-bed are designed for multi-axial fatigue testing, the fatigue life, along with impact factors, is investigated.
