摘要
运用ANSYS有限元软件对风荷载作用下不同工况的铝合金塔架结构的受力性能进行了分析,并对塔架结构进行了优化.结果表明:风向角对铝合金塔架结构受力性能影响较大,0°风向角下,采用固接或铰接方式时,塔架结构所受应力均较小;45°风向角下,采用固接方式,塔架结构所受应力较大,导致结构破坏,采用铰接方式,塔架结构所受应力明显变小,可以满足设计要求.
The force performance of an aluminum alloy tower structure under wind load was analyzed by using ANSYS,and the optimization analysis was carried out. The results indicate that the effect of the incoming wind direction on the mechanical feature of the tower structure is obvious. The stress of the tower structure is small in the case of fixed and hinged connections at 0° wind direction angle. At wind direction angle 45° ,the stress of the tower structure in the case of fixed connection is large, which leads it to destroy. However, in the case of hinged type, the structural stress becomes small, which could meet the design requirements.
