摘要
降低储层伤害,提高压裂液性能,是致密油气藏压裂研究发展主要方向。通过岩心压裂液伤害室内实验,对致密气藏压裂液伤害特征及实验影响因素进行了分析,结果表明:(1)致密气藏类型复杂,渗透率低,在进行压裂液返排时,应减少侵入量,降低返排启动压力,实现压裂液尽快返排降低对储层的伤害;(2)清洁压裂液对储层造成的伤害比胍胶压裂液小,压裂液的入侵量与储层的伤害率成正比;(3)压裂液的注入,在增加含水饱和度的同时,也会使水锁现象严重,从而对地层的伤害也更加严重。为深入研究致密气藏特点与压裂液伤害的关系,致密储层改造压裂液体系选择有一定实际意义。
Reducing reservoir damage and improving the performance of fracturing fluid is the main direction of research and development of tight reservoir fracturing. Through the in- door experiment of core fracturing fluid damage, factors of tight gas reservoir fracturing fluid damage characteristics and experimental effects were analyzed.The results show that, first, the type of tight gas reservoir is complex, low permeability, the fracturing fluid flowback, should reduce the amount of invasive, reducing flowback starting pressure, fracturing fluid flowback reduce implementation as soon as possible the damage to the reservoir. Two, clean fracturing fluid caused by reservoir damage than guar gum fracturing fluid, invasion quantity and reservoir damage rate of fracturing fluid is proportional to the injection.Three, fracturing fluid, the increase in water saturation at the same time, also can make the water locking phenomenon serious, thus the formation harm is more serious. In order to study the relation- ship between the characteristics of tight gas reservoir and the damage of fracturing fluid, the selection of the fracturing fluid system has a certain practical significance.
