高校食品专业科研成果转化及推广现状分析 被引量:3

An Analysis on the Present Situation of Transformation and Promotion of Scientific Research Achievement in Food Specialty of Universities

摘要 通过参考文献报道和统计调查研究,对中国高校食品专业的科研成果转化及推广现状进行分析。发现目前我国高校食品专业科研成果产出、科研人员队伍建设、科研成果的转化情况以及转化科研成果的产业化发展均取出明显进展。但仍存在如可转化科研成果转化率低、科研成果自我转化率高以及转化成果产业化程度较低等缺点。针对现存问题,提出一系列的具体解决措施,保证高校食品专业的科研成果转化伴随企业的发展进行。 It had been demonstrated by reference literature and statistical analysis. Analyze the current situation of scientific research achievement transformation in food specialty in China universities. It was found that the current output of scientific research, research staff construction, conversions of scientific research and industrial development of the scientific research achievement were taken out of significant progress. But there were some problems about the scientific research achievement transformation. For example, there were scientific research achievement transformation in a low conversion rate, self-transformation in a high rate, industrialization in low level and other shortcomings. In this study, in order to solve the existing problems, put forward a series of concrete solutions to ensure that transformation scientific research achievement of universities food specialty is accompanied with the development of enterprises.
