摘要
试验矿样为广西某选厂铜锌混合精矿,该混合精矿铜锌矿物相互间嵌布粒度细,再次磨矿产生的次生铜离子对闪锌矿具有活化作用。针对该矿样的性质特点,试验采用混合精矿再磨-浮选分离的选矿工艺,研究结果表明,新型抑制剂DT与硫酸锌组合能有效除矿浆中的铜离子,高效抑制锌矿物。在混合精矿铜品位12.48%,锌品位12.75%的条件下,闭路试验经过一粗二扫一精得到铜精矿铜品位21.75%、铜回收率68.54%,锌品位降至6.88%,实现了铜锌的有效分离。
The bulk concentrate of copper-zinc sample from a mill plant of Guangxi, has the characteristics o f fine dissemination size, and sphalerite being activated by copper cation from Grinding once again. Based on the nature of the core sample, the process of regrinding of the bulk concentrate-flotation separation was adopted. The test results showed that the combination of the new type inhibitor DT and zinc sulfate can effectively remove copper ions in the pulp and inhibition of zinc. By the process of one roughing-two scavenging and one cleaning, copper concentrate with grade of 21.75% and recovery of 68.54% were obtained when the mixed copper-zinc concentrate with copper grade of 12. 48% and zinc 12. 75% ,and the content of zinc in the copper concentrate was decreased to 6. 88%.
