通信用高频开关整流模块控制研究

The High Frequency Switching Rectifier Control Strategy Research in Communication System

摘要 针对直流供电系统用高频开关整流模块,前级采用三相桥式整流器,后级采用改进型零电压开关(ZVS)全桥DC/DC变换器。其中前级整流模块电流内环采用引入电压前馈的多重准比例谐振(QPR)并联控制策略,后级改进型ZVS全桥DC/DC变换器采用恒压移相控制。在分析前后级工作机理的基础上,给出了详细的理论分析与参数设计方案。实验结果表明,采用该控制策略网侧电流谐波含量小,后级变换器实现了ZVS且变压器初级输出电流波形质量良好。 In view of the high frequency switch rectifier module in direct current power supply system, the three-phase bridge pulse width modulation(PWM) rectifier and improved zero voltage switching(ZVS) bridge DC/I)C converter is adopted in the front-end and back-end respectively.To reduce and eliminate the harmonic component of grid-side current, multiple harmonic of quasi proportional resonant(QPR) controls in current inner loop is adopted which effec- tively improve the power density of the rectifier.Constant pressure phase shifting control is used for the improved ZVS DC/DC converter.On the basis of working mechanism of three-phase bridge rectifier and DC/DC converter are detailed analyzed ,the detailed theoretical analysis and parameter design are given out.The results show that the control strategy adopted by the network side current harmonic content is small, the converter realizes the zero voltage switch and the transformer primary output current waveform quality is good.
