摘要
随着现代畜牧业的发展,在养殖中滥用抗生素的问题屡见不鲜。这使得细菌耐药性增强,很难找到有效的药物治疗畜禽疾病,用药时不得不加大剂量,造成恶性循环;药物在畜禽体内残留、蓄积,不仅对人体健康造成危害,对生态环境也造成极大危害。中药具有不易产生耐药性、毒副作用小、无残留等特点,而且我国中药资源丰富,已被广泛应用于畜牧生产中。研究已经证明,中药能够提高机体免疫机能,提高动物抗应激、抗病的能力,改善动物生产性能。本文主要对中药在家禽养殖中的应用及前景进行综述。
With the development of modern animal husbandry, the abuse of antibiotics in breed- ing industry is a common problem. This makes the bacterial resistance enhancing. It is difficult to find effective drugs to treat livestock and poultry, and it has to increase the dose of drugs. This lead to a vicious circle. Drugs staying and accumulating in livestock and poultry bodies. This is not only harms to human but also affects ecological environment. Traditional Chinese medi- cine is not easy to produce drug resistance, toxic side effects and residue. It has a wealth resource, too. It has been widely used in husbandry. Studies have shown that Traditional Chinese medicine can improve immune function, anti-stress and disease resistance ability, and improve animal performance. This paper reviews the application and prospect of Traditional Chinese medicine in poultry farming.
