电子支气管镜在呼吸道烧伤患者肺泡灌洗中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的探讨电子支气管镜在呼吸道烧伤患者肺泡灌洗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2014年8月—2016年8月收治的120例呼吸道烧伤患者临床资料,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组行常规对症治疗,观察组在其基础上行电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生情况,数据进行统计学处理,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组总有效率85.00%高于对照组的61.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.091,P<0.05);观察组PaCO_2水平低于对照组,PaO_2、SaO_2水平高于对照组(t=4.336、7.435、4.806,均P<0.05);观察组治疗后并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组的23.33%(χ~2=6.536,P<0.05)。结论电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗可有效治疗呼吸道烧伤,提高血气指标水平,减少并发症发生,是一种有效、安全的治疗方式。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the application of electronic bronchoscope in the bronchoalveolar lavage in respiratory tract burn patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 120 cases of respiratory tract burn patients treated in our hospital in August 2014-2016. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment, the observation group received electronic bronchoalveolar lavage treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. Using the standardize difference to compare clinical curative efficacy between two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 85% higher than the control group of 61.67%(χ^2=6.091, P0.05). The PaCO2 level of the observation group was lower than the control group, and PaO2, SaO2 level was higher than the control group(t=4.336, 7.435, 4.806, P〈0.05). The incidence of complications of the observation group was 6.67%, lower than the control group 23.33%(χ^2=6.536, P〈0.05). Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage is effective in the treatment of patients with respiratory tract burn. Bronchoalveolar lavage can reduce lung infection, improve the index of blood gas levels, promote ventilation function improved, reduce the complications, and is a safe and effective treatment, worthy of promotion.
