摘要
有效的电子档案管理是实现人类社会原始历史记录在信息时代得以真实、完整、可靠保管的有力保证,电子档案对传统的档案管理方式有着越来越重要的影响。因此,应该在立足于传统的档案管理基础上,进一步完善传统档案与电子档案之间的融合,让档案管理工作行之有效的运行。
The effective management of electronic archives is a powerful guarantee that original history of human society can be true, complete and reliable in information age. The electronic archives have an increasingly important influence on traditional archives management methods. Therefore, the integration of traditional archives and electronic archives should be improved based on traditional file management so as to fulfill effective operation of archives management.
