摘要
在当前高校毕业生严峻的就业形势下,设计并完成了一个既能够主动为学生提供其感兴趣的、个性化的企业单位招聘信息,同时又能够帮助管理者对学生群体合理分类,提高推荐企业单位的精准性,实现智能化推荐的就业信息服务平台.该平台采用B/S结构,采用优化后的关联规则挖掘算法,有效的辅助院校就业管理部门,在提高就业签约率上有明显成效.
Under the current severe employment situation for college graduates,this research designs and completes an employment information service platform,which can not only offer enterprise recruitment information that students interested,but also help managers to classify students into reasonable groups and improve the recommendation accuracy.The platform adopts B/S structure,using the optimized association rule mining algorithm,and effectively support the employment management department of colleges and universities to increase the signing rate of employment contract.
