摘要
淮河流域地处中国经济洼地,淮河生态经济走廊战略规划旨在提升淮河流域整体竞争力.综合分析发现淮河流域在经济基础、基础设施、区域文化和政府合作意愿4个方面已经初步具备产业联动发展的条件;采用相似系数指标对区域范围内13个核心城市进行产业同构与互补分析,以及区位熵的灰色关联分析法进行专门化分析,结果显示淮河生态经济走廊13个核心城市存在产业结构同构现象,但内部也存在一定差异,具备一定产业联动发展的潜力.
The strategy for Huaihe Eco-economic corridor was planned in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the Huaihe River Basin,an undeveloped region in China. This article contributes to examine the potential of industrial linkage among 13 key cities in this region. First,qualitative analysis is used to examine the general conditions for industrial linkage from 4 dimensions including economic development,infrastructure,culture and local governments＇ intents for regional cooperation. Second,this article also applies similarity coefficient index to explore the industrial isomorphism and complementation among 13 cities. Third,the approach of the Grey Relational Analysis basing on Location Entropy is used to examine the degree of industrial specialization. There are some findings as follows： we argue that the Huaihe eco-economic corridor has some cooperative foundations and conditions for industry linkage. In addition,the results of quantitative analysis show to some extent there exists the problem about industrial isomorphism. However,this article also finds that there is some difference in industrial types and developmental level among key cities.
