摘要
目的分析氧气驱动雾化吸入止喘药物治疗老年慢性喘息性支气管炎的效果。方法选取2015年10月~2016年11月我科收治的老年慢性喘息性支气管炎患者140例作为研究对象,根据止喘药物不同的雾化方法分为甲组和乙组,各70例。甲组采用超声雾化吸入,乙组则采用氧气驱动,比较两组患者雾化治疗期间的痰量和各项症状(呼吸症状好转时间、咳嗽咳痰好转时间、肺部湿啰音好转时间)缓解的时间。结果乙组患者痰量的变化明显优于同时段甲组(除外第4天),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组患者呼吸症状、咳嗽咳痰、肺部湿啰音好转时间均明显短于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入止喘药物治疗老年慢性喘息性支气管炎不仅可化痰止咳,还能有效保证患者氧气的吸入,提高患者的氧分压,利于患者疾病的恢复。
Objective To analyze the effect of oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation with antiasthmatic drugs treating elderly chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 140 elderly patients with chronic asthmatic bronchitis treated in our department from October 2015 to November 2016 were selected as object and they were divided into group A （n=70） and group B （n=70） according to the different atomization methods.Group B was treated with ultrasonic inhalation,while group B was driven by oxygen.The change of sputum volume and the relief time of symptoms （the time of improvement of respiratory symptoms,the time of cough and expectoration,the wetness of the lungs） were compared between two groups after treat- merit.Results The change of sputum volume in group B were significantly better than those in group A （except for the fourth day）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The improvement of respiratory symptoms,cough and expectoration and lung wet rales in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oxy- gen-driven aerosol inhalation with antiasthmatic drugs treating elderly chronic asthmatic bronchitis can improve the oxygen partial pressure of the patients,which is helpful for the recovery of the disease.
