摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育模式对糖尿病患者血糖控制率、自我管理能力的影响,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法 104例糖尿病患者根据护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组各52例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行全程健康教育,比较两组患者血糖控制率、糖尿病知识知晓率、自我管理能力。结果观察组患者的血糖控制率、糖尿病知识知晓率、自我管理能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预中采用全程健康教育模式有助于提高糖尿病患者的自我管理能力、糖尿病知识知晓率,有效控制患者血糖水平。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a ‘whole health education' model in intervening the health management ability of diabetes,which includes the patients' ability to control the levels of blood sugar and self management ability.Method 104 diabetes were firstly divided into an experimental group(n = 52) and a control group(n = 52) according to the nursing method exercised to them. The control group were administered with conventional nursing method while the experimental group were intervened with‘whole health education' in addition to that provided to the control group. The rate of blood sugar control,knowledge of the disease and the self management ability of both groups were then compared.Findings The scores achieved by the experimental group in blood sugar control,knowledge of the disease and self management ability were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion ‘Whole health education' can effectively enhance the patients' self-management ability,knowledge of the disease and ability to control blood sugar levels.
