摘要
从外部环境因素(人口统计学变量、工作环境、社会支持)和内部心理因素(情绪状态、自我效能、人格特征和性格)两大方面对国内外护士主观幸福感影响因素进行综述,并展望护士主观幸福感未来相关研究方向,为今后护士主观幸福感相关研究提供思路。
This study reviewed the influencing factors of subjective well-being of nurse from two respects：the external environment factors （demography variables, working environment, social support）, internal psychological fac- tors（emotion state, self-efficacy, personality traits and personality）, which may provide ideas for further research on this direction.
