培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌临床观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察临床治疗非小细胞肺癌应用培美曲塞联合顺铂的疗效。方法选择医院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的非小细胞肺癌患者84例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组42例,实验组(患者)采用培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,对照组(患者)采用多西他赛联合顺铂治疗,均治疗2个疗程,观察两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,实验组(患者)疗效高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌患者时,具有良好治疗效果,且不良反应少,安全性好。
