摘要
干细胞拥有心肌再生的能力,可应用于心肌梗死的治疗。随着脂肪干细胞的发现,干细胞移植在心肌梗死的治疗进入了一个新阶段。本文主要对脂肪干细胞在治疗心肌梗死方面的优势、修复机制及相关临床试验进行相应的总结,为心肌梗死的临床治疗策略提供新思路。
Current researches show that stem cells possess the ability of myocardial regeneration,which can be used to the treatment of myocardial infarction.With the discovery of adipose-derived stem cells,the treatment of stem cell transplantation in myocardial infarction enters into a new stage.The corresponding advantages,repair mechanism,and the relevant clinic trials in the aspect of myocardial infarction treatment are mainly summarized in this paper,which provides new thoughts for the clinic treatment countermeasures of myocardial infarction.
