摘要
针对易受山洪灾害威胁的村镇大多地处偏远山区,通信及电力基础设施差,综合抗灾能力弱的特点,论述如何利用嵌入式技术、微功耗技术及物联网技术设计并开发了基于太阳能及电池供电的山洪灾害村级预警系统。该系统与一般的县级山洪灾害预警系统相比,增加了基于LoRa技术结合6LowPAN协议的自组网通讯功能,当公网通讯故障时,系统可利用自组网络进行数据传输,并发布预警,能够有效提高了村镇的山洪灾害防御能力,为解决山洪灾害预警"最后一公里"难题,提供了新的思路和可参考的解决方法。
villages in remote mountainous areas are vulnerable to the threat of mountain torrents disasters, and telecommunication and power supply is insufficient and comprehensive disaster defense ability is weak, therefore, this article uses the embedded technology, micro power technology and internet of things technology to design and develop the village - level mountain torrents warning system pow- ered by solar energy and batteries. Compared with the traditional county - level mountain torrents warning system, this system adds the Ad - hoc network communication function based on LoRa technology and 6LowPAN protocol. When the public network communication fails, the system can transmit data and issue a warning by the Ad -hoc network, which effectively improves the mountain torrents de- fense capability and provides a new way of thinking and referable solution to solve "the last one kilometer" problem of motain torrents warning.
